Field Operations Specialist

This is a remote position; candidate must be located in EST time. Temporary position with the possibility of a permanent opportunity.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Inventory management for tools / parts Field / Energy / Construction / Engineering Leak Detectors / truck stock / etc.
• Track state licenses, certifications, apprentice programs requirements etc. Field (maybe if other teams need we will add to this)
• Close jobs in system as needed for Field Teams
• Administer staff meetings gather and prepare agenda, take notes and send to team after meeting
• Make sure PO's for Field are completed and accurate
• Create All OCIP (Worker's Comp) enrollment documents for construction job
• Point of Liaison between Safety Manager & Team Tracked PPE Equipment for EA employee & disbursed Safety materials
• Point of contact for Field Support when they experienced any type of issues or needed any support
• Coordinate pick up / drop off and tracked lift rentals for Construction projects
• Accept / request uplifts for all SEG jobs on the Mercury portal, update each job ETA
• Create schedule tracker for SEG projects
• EOC will sit on this team
• CC Statements and Receipt tracking and updating statements for RFM's and Field managers
• Expense reports for all Field Team members
