As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring and patrolling designated areas within a dynamic transportation location. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the transportation facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or potential threats. Observe and report any unusual activities or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel. Assist visitors, employees, and / or passengers with directions and general inquiries within the transportation environment. Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency personnel as needed during incidents or critical situations. Minimum Requirements : A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
