About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Franchise Sales Director to lead the expansion of franchise opportunities in the healthcare staffing and home care sectors. As the Franchise Sales Director, you will take charge of our franchise development initiatives, crafting and implementing strategic sales plans aimed at achieving our ambitious growth targets. This role includes managing the complete franchise recruitment process—from lead generation to deal closure—requiring a compelling presentation of our franchise opportunity that highlights brand value and potential return on investment.
You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and enhance brand visibility, as well as work with operations and leadership to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new franchisees. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in franchise sales or development, preferably within the healthcare or service industries. A demonstrated history of meeting sales targets and successfully building franchise networks is crucial.
We are looking for individuals with exceptional communication skills, strong relationship-building capabilities, and proficient negotiation skills, along with the ability to manage multiple brands and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
