Production Technician

Production Technician Kalogon, an early stage startup based in Melbourne, seeks a full-time Production Technician to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work — assembling products, maintaining and improving machines, and helping develop new processes.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, casual environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build Kalogon products with precision and adaptability, including one-off custom assemblies and new product introductions.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment; suggest and implement improvements to keep machines reliable and efficient.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, machines, and processes to support scaling production.
• Modify and adapt equipment or processes to meet unique build requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements aimed at reducing cycle time, improving consistency, and raising product quality.
• Collaborate with R&D on prototypes and pilot builds, providing hands-on feedback to refine designs for manufacturability.
