Key Job Responsibilities

• Process Optimization : Streamlining product development processes to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
• Data Management : Collecting, analyzing, and providing actionable insights from product data to inform decision-making.
• Cross-functional Coordination : Facilitating communication between product management, design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
• Tool Management : Implementing and managing tools to support product development and operations.
• User Feedback Integration : Working with customer support and product teams to incorporate user feedback into the product roadmap.
• Performance Metrics Tracking : Monitoring product performance and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Documentation and Standardization : Creating and maintaining documentation for product roadmap, processes, ensuring clarity and consistency.
• Risk Mitigation : Identifying potential risks in product operations and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
• Stakeholder Communication : Ensuring stakeholders are informed about product updates, timelines, and changes.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits.
