Business Development Representative (BDR) At Heidi Health

Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that supports clinicians every step of the way, from documentation to delivery of care. We exist to double healthcare's capacity while keeping care deeply human. In 18 months, Heidi has returned more than 18 million hours to clinicians and supported over 73 million patient visits. Today, more than two million patient visits each week are powered by Heidi across 116 countries and over 110 languages.

Founded by clinicians, Heidi brings together clinicians, engineers, designers, scientists, creatives, and mathematicians, working with a shared purpose : to strengthen the human connection at the heart of healthcare.

The Role

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Heidi Health, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our growth in Germany - generating high-quality enterprise pipelines and building the foundation for Heidi's long-term success in the region.

You'll partner closely with our regional and global teams to identify, qualify, and engage large healthcare organisations, hospital groups, and digital health partners that can benefit from Heidi.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that blends research, commercial outreach, and relationship-building. It's ideal for someone who thrives in early-market environments, enjoys working with senior stakeholders, and is motivated by creating meaningful commercial impact in healthcare.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, research, and engage hospitals, health systems, and large clinic networks across Germany that represent high-value opportunities.
  • Use a combination of personalised outreach, email, phone, and social engagement to create and qualify leads.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to assess fit, understand customer needs, and position Heidi's value proposition effectively.
  • Partner closely with sales leads to ensure seamless handover of qualified opportunities and alignment on key accounts.
  • Work with marketing, product, and leadership to target enterprise accounts and refine messaging for complex organisations.
  • Use CRM tools to measure outreach effectiveness, improve conversion rates, and consistently exceed pipeline goals.
  • Surface insights from outreach and conversations to inform our go-to-market strategy and product roadmap.
  • Build trust with clinicians and executives alike combining empathy, commercial acumen, and genuine curiosity about healthcare.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in a customer success role at a SaaS company, with proven ability to own the full lifecycle
  • Familiarity with Germany's healthcare ecosystem (both public and private)
  • Self-starter with a bias for action, comfortable navigating fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
