We are seeking a hands-on and results-oriented Technical Lead to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and set the DevOps strategy in alignment with organizational goals
• Implement automation tools and frameworks (CI / CD pipelines) to streamline software development and deployment processes
• Develop and continuously improve all stages of our Agile Software Development Lifecycle in order to improve products and ensure a scalable environment
• Provide subject matter expertise on certain aspects of product architecture
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance of the applications and infrastructure
• Critically analyze existing team and implement KPIs to measure effectiveness
• Develop a program to coach and mentor staff via internal or external resources
• Hire and manage team leads across various development teams
• Perform code reviews
• Develop and enforce industry-standard operating guidelines and policies
• Contribute to product and technology roadmaps
