Job descriptionMonday : 9 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM Tuesday : 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM Wednesday : 10 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM Thursday & Friday : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM $20–$26 per hour , based on experience and training needs Higher pay is possible for highly experienced candidates Room for growth within the role and practice $22-$26 / hour
Now Hiring : Experienced Treatment & Insurance Coordinator
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and experienced Treatment / Insurance Coordinator to join our team in a well-established general and cosmetic dental office.
Key Responsibilities :
- Present and explain treatment plans to patients
- Verify insurance and clearly explain patient portions
- Collect and post payments
- Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding / aging reports
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Provide excellent customer service and patient support
- Explain dental procedures in an easy-to-understand way
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth office flow

You’re experienced with dental insurance and terminology, confident in presenting treatment, and love working in a team-oriented, patient-focused environment.
