Dental Patient Care Coordinator

Our office is looking to hire a Dental Front Office Patient Coordinator to join our team!

Schedule : M onday-Thursday 7 : 30-4 : 30

Are you confident talking about money with patients? Do you have experience working in a dental office and love helping people understand their dental treatment options? If so, we'd love to meet you!

Duties for our Dental Front Office include :

• Explain the treatment plan, address patient concerns and answer any questions.
• Assist the patient in prioritizing the treatment and establish a plan for scheduling and payment
• Communicate with patients about third-party financing options and educate patients on the available financing options.
• Is comfortable discussing finances and treatment plans with patients.
• Has at least 1 year of customer service experience
• Can clearly and effectively communicate with both patients and team members.
• Maintains a professional, friendly demeaner, a bubbly personality is a plus!
• Is organized, detailed oriented, and passionate about providing excellent patient care.
• Track patient accounts financial receivable and outstanding balances to ensure timely payment. Perform general office duties and other duties as required.
