Responsibilities :

• Respond promptly to patient inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services or appointments.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls to address questions and resolve issues effectively.
• Assist healthcare providers by transferring calls and ensuring seamless communication.
• Handle order entry and maintain accurate records within the system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely follow-up with patients and doctors.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Utilize call center software to track and manage customer interactions.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within a call center or healthcare setting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Familiarity with order entry systems and data management.
