• Partner with stakeholders to define priorities, manage content pipelines, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Innovate content production using AI and automation tools to scale and streamline processes.
• Mentor and support other writers, sharing expertise and elevating team performance.
• Drive and influence content strategy at Salesforce.
