Marketing Manager

A fashion retail company is seeking a Marketing Manager to support their team! The ideal candidate has expertise in strategic collaboration with vendors and agencies to optimize ad spend ROI, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth, while demonstrating strong proficiency in budget management, data analysis, and integrated marketing strategy.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate closely with vendors and agencies to achieve business objectives such as enhancing return on ad spend, acquiring new customers, retaining existing customers, and optimizing revenue alongside other relevant metrics.
• Take ownership of channel budgets and objectives, meticulously documenting them and conducting daily forecasting, pacing, and reporting.
• Continuously analyze performance data to inform strategic decisions related to expenditure, audience targeting, and creative elements, aiming to enhance overall performance.
• Create robust marketing strategies encompassing channel plans, quarterly and monthly budget allocations, and creative approaches, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.
• Develop and refine processes for efficient channel management, covering planning, execution, and performance evaluation.
• Participate actively in internal, agency, and vendor discussions as an expert in social media and affiliate marketing, identifying opportunities for program enhancement and growth.
• Offer comprehensive support to integrated campaign planning efforts, leveraging expertise in channel performance and requirements to inform strategy.

Qualifications :

• A bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing or similar field.
• 4 - 6+ years of experience managing Affiliates and / or Paid Social Program.
• A deep understanding of both Macintosh and PC computer systems.
• Proficiency in desktop publishing software, with a preference for experience with Stibo.
• Familiarity with MS Word and Excel, and ideally Airtable for database management.
• Basic knowledge of internet and e-commerce practices.
