Overhead Door Technician

Job Summary :

As an Overhead Door Service Technician, you will project a professional image through competent service procedures, maintaining excellent personal presentation and communication with customers at all times. Your responsibilities include installing and setting overhead doors to ensure proper functioning, as well as installing, calibrating, and setting electric garage door openers. You will fabricate custom doors and parts as needed and remove and replace defective door systems and openers entirely. Operating lifts and winches safely, you will carry out inspections for door clearance, adjust doors as required, and use welding and fastening techniques to install hangers and tracks. Your diligent use of installation documentation and technical data will ensure accurate record-keeping throughout all installations, while prioritizing safety in all job duties.
