About The Role

The Area Director leads a portfolio of surgical and consultation centers, driving sales performance, operational excellence, and an outstanding patient experience. This is a high‑visibility, high‑impact leadership role focused on revenue growth, team development, and consistent execution across locations.

You will build and inspire high‑performing teams, hold centers accountable to KPIs, elevate the patient journey, and serve as a key connection between our field teams and the corporate organization. If you are a strategic, people‑first leader with multi‑unit experience and a passion for performance - this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Own revenue and surgery volume targets with accountability at both center and market level
• Lead, coach, and inspire center leaders and cross‑functional teams to exceed goals
• Drive consistent execution of sales processes, operational standards, and clinical workflows
• Analyze KPI scorecards to identify trends and opportunity areas; take action to accelerate results
• Strengthen team culture, performance, and talent development across locations
• Partner with senior leadership to influence strategy and represent field priorities
• Monitor and elevate patient satisfaction, address escalations promptly and professionally
• Share best practices and foster a "One Team" culture across all markets and functions
• Travel across your designated region (average ~60%) to support centers and teams

What You Bring

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Range : $80,000 USD - $200,000 USD. Pay may vary by location, and actual compensation depends on factors like qualifications, experience, skills, and business needs. Sono Bello may adjust this range in the future. Full‑time employees may also receive benefits such as incentives, equity, health coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
