Key Responsibilities
Event Strategy, Planning & Execution
Lead full lifecycle project management for all in-person and virtual learning events. Manage conference formats, run-of-show structures, timelines, and onsite operations. Oversee logistics : staffing, travel, supplies, activations, vendor coordination, and technology needs. Serve as the point of contact for partners, speakers, and cross-functional teams. Ensure brand consistency, accessibility, and learning alignment across all event deliverables.
Innovation, Tools & Scalable Frameworks
Pilot and assess new engagement tools and technologies. Build scalable templates, frameworks, and planning systems to improve consistency and efficiency. Introduce workflow enhancements and support integration of automation and AI.
Participant Experience & Engagement
Support the participant journey through clear communication, personalization, and engagement strategies. Oversee registration, attendee inquiries, and event communications in coordination with the Sr. Specialist.
Insights, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Analyze participant feedback, session ratings, and performance data. Produce post-event reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations. Present insights to leadership and integrate improvements into future event design.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration
Lead select planning meetings and represent Learning Events in cross-brand discussions. Collaborate with LX Designers, Video, Brand Teams, and Data partners to deliver cohesive experiences. Present updates or proposals when appropriate and escalate strategic decisions to the Director.
Decision-Making & Collaboration Expectations
The Manager drives work forward independentlymaking planning, logistical, engagement, and onsite decisionswhile collaborating closely with the Director and Sr. Specialist to ensure alignment. The role involves proactive communication, shared accountability, and transparent coordination. No direct reports; reports directly to the Director.
