Process Engineering Manager
This is a first shift position working a 4 / 10 schedule with every Friday off. The EWIMC Tech-Ops team is looking for a Process Engineering Manager to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment at their Nashua New Hampshire facility. The role demands working closely with cross functional organizational teams in the Electronic Warfare Integration Manufacturing Center (EWIMC) final module assembly, box level assembly, and test teams. This position brings with it an exciting opportunity to influence the successful execution of Post-SMT production goals and achieving its operational excellence.
Job duties :
The expectation is to achieve operational excellence through technical leadership and mentorship of hands-on problem-solving. The goal is to support and improve assembly build processes to mitigate cost of poor quality, improve quality yields, cycle and on time delivery schedules, while driving towards the ultimate goal of zero defects.

Full-Time Salary Range : $115779 - $196825
