Utilities Project Manager

At Rinker Design Associates, LLC , we are seeking an experienced and motivated Utilities Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects, guide multidisciplinary teams, and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and utility providers at our HQ in Manassas, VA . This position offers a blend of leadership, client interaction, technical oversight , and business development opportunities.

What You'll Do : Project Leadership :

• Lead a team of engineers and designers in the design and analysis of water, wastewater, and dry utility systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and office management to allocate resources efficiently across projects.
• Oversee all phases of project delivery to ensure timely, high-quality, and budget-compliant execution.
• Prepare and manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and contractual documents.

What You'll Need :

Professional Engineer (PE ) license preferred.

AutoCAD Civil3D and / or MicroStation OpenRoads experience required.

Proven ability to lead teams , mentor staff , and manage client relationships.
