Job Description

As Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and quality standards. Key responsibilities :

• Manage municipal new construction projects ($30M range)
• Coordinate with estimating, finance, and administration teams
• Lead subcontractor selection and contract negotiations
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Maintain strong client relationships and project reporting

You are a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in managing complex, ground-up construction projects. You excel at leading teams, maintaining client relationships, and delivering projects on time and within budget. You're detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
