Job Description :
- 12–15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or program management roles within SaaS or technology modernization projects.
- Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS / Azure Architect, PMP, or ITIL are highly desirable.
- The Enterprise Program Manager will lead strategic modernization programs and ensure architectural alignment with client product and technology roadmap.
- This role bridges business objectives and technology solutions, driving digital transformation, operational efficiency, and future readiness for AI and analytics.
- Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Governance Develop and maintain an enterprise-wide modernization roadmap aligned with business objectives and product strategy.
- Define architecture principles, standards, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Identify risks related to infrastructure parity, security vulnerabilities, and performance bottlenecks; implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards (HIPAA, SOC2, ISO27001).
- Documentation & Standards Create and maintain architecture artifacts, diagrams, and models.
- Enforce IT standards and best practices across all modernization initiatives.
- Maintain transparency through Jira, Confluence, and centralized dashboards for tracking and reporting.
- Required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and program management methodologies (Agile, SAFe).
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS), containerization (Kubernetes, Terraform / Ansible), and observability tools (Elastic, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Experience managing large-scale platform migrations, API modernization, and security compliance initiatives
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership.
- Education & Experience bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field (master's preferred).
