Quality Auditor

Logistics Center Audit Specialist

Performs a documented examination and verification of 1% of all logistics center (LC) job tasks / functions each day (receiving, put-away, picking, and packing). Audits would focus on quality standards documented by the standard operating procedures (SOPs). Records their findings into the LC Audit database, and communicates them to LC management. Works also with the onsite Training Specialist to determine the root cause of the findings, and assists in developing a training plan to correct, where applicable.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required :

• Conducts 1% audits on all LC job functions daily, enter audit findings into audit database and report findings to LC management Assists Training Specialist on determining root cause of findings
• Maintains local files generated from each audit
• Additional Duties and Responsibilities :
• Assists Training Specialist with functional training and MHE training, where needed
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Participates in facility continuous improvement initiatives.
• Performs additional duties as assigned
• Meets attendance and punctuality standards
