A company is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the operational management and performance of the Enterprise Security Operations program.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operational coordination across security programs, ensuring efficient execution aligned with leadership priorities
Manage major operational initiatives and cross-team projects to achieve milestones and deliverables
Establish quality assurance processes to ensure operational consistency and continuous improvement across programs
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in operational leadership, program management, or business operations roles
Demonstrated experience managing complex programs and operational initiatives across multiple teams
Experience establishing operational frameworks and governance structures to improve organizational performance
Experience supporting budget planning, financial tracking, and resource allocation in a technology or operational environment
Proven ability to coordinate efforts across multiple departments and stakeholder groups in a complex enterprise environment
