We are extremely family oriented and we really do like to think of this as a second home. We are here more with others than we are with our families.
So, we want all of our employees to get along, they don’t need to be best friends but I have a ZERO tolerance policy for any drama.
The moment I hear about it, it’s addressed.
Strong communication skills written and verbal with our customers and coworkers.
We are very fast paced. Our customers want their information yesterday so we are looking for someone who is OK with the fast paced environment but also we do have a slow times where the job could be going through old tags and advising of storage.
So, adaptable to change as well when needed ?
