What you can expect from this role :

Under direct supervision, the Information Station Assistant greets arriving and departing guests and may park and retrieve vehicles for guests.

  • Greets guests, assisting them out of the vehicle or with personal items or bags as needed; opens passenger door(s) and offers assistance if appropriate.
  • Provides information regarding activities and locations of departments, offices and services.
  • Identify guest needs regarding golf cart, shuttle or wheelchair services.
  • May drive and park guest vehicles, provide guest with claim check, and retrieve cars for guest upon demand.
  • Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications for this Role :

  • Education : High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Licenses / Certifications : Valid Driver's License in state of practice and proof of driver's insurance.
