Job description
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Merchandising.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Merchandising and Planning functions to support business growth and profitability
Manage product assortment, pricing strategies, and financial planning across categories
Oversee reporting and analysis of financial performance to identify opportunities and risks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus
10+ years of experience in merchandising, buying, or category management
Experience with premium brands and / or jewelry is a plus
Working knowledge of demand forecasting and inventory management best practices
Strong command of digital / e-commerce merchandising metrics and KPIs
