Electrical Engineer Role

Salary : $125,000 - $162,000

Role Overview :

Core Responsibilities :

Lead and support the design of complex electronic systems and embedded controllers

Develop embedded systems with a strong focus on ARM-based platforms

Design PCBs using Altium Designer and evaluate components for performance, availability, and lifecycle

Create system interconnections including wiring harnesses and cables

Conduct rigorous system testing for both hardware and software to ensure compliance

Participate in prototyping, rework (including SMD), and system integration

Ensure full lifecycle support across concept, design, testing, and implementation phases

Required Experience & Skills :

5+ years of Electrical Engineering experience

Strong command of embedded systems development (ARM)

Experience working with high-voltage (up to 1000 V) and high-current (up to 400 Amps) systems, including power electronics

Familiarity with IGBTs, MOSFETs, and switching power supply design

Deep understanding of analog design, Op Amps, ADCs / DACs, and communication protocols (I2C, SPI)

Background in robotics, motor control, and kinematics is beneficial

Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a project-driven environment

Technical Focus Areas :

Power electronics and switching supplies

Pyroelectric detectors and sensor interfacing

Magnetics and transformer design

System-level analog and digital interfacing

Embedded controller development

Robotics and motion control principles

Education Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required

Preferred But Not Mandatory :

Background in the medical device or automotive industry

Prior leadership or management experience

Experience across full product lifecycle : design, manufacturing, and support

Project leadership with visibility into post-production and compliance

Compensation :

$125,000-$162,000 per year
