Position : Insurance Customer Service Representative Pay Rate : + English : $17 / hour + Bilingual (Spanish) : $18.50 / hour Start Date : January 6 (Insurance Servicing Class) Training Schedule : + First 30 days : Fully on-site, 9 : 30 AM 6 : 00 PM + After training : Hybrid schedule, 10 : 30 AM 7 : 00 PM + Hybrid eligibility based on adherence, quality, and attendance performance Important : No time off permitted during the first 6 weeks. Responsibilities + Handle 3545 inbound calls per day (average call length : 1114 minutes). + Respond to insurance servicing questions from borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions. + Address inquiries related to homeowners insurance, including payments and coverage details. + Multi-task across multiple systems to research, document, and resolve calls accurately. + Ensure timely, professional responses that meet internal and external service standards. + Apply problem-solving skills to resolve issues effectively and maintain customer satisfaction.
