South Carolina Licensed Care Management Supervisor

A company is looking for a Care Management Supervisor - Corporate Appeals.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily activities of assigned staff and oversee the implementation of specialty programs

Conduct staff performance reviews and manage training needs to enhance customer service

Collect and analyze data for reporting and ensure compliance with URAC / NCQA standards

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree in a job-related field or graduate of an accredited school of nursing

5 years of relevant healthcare experience, or 3 years with a Master's degree

One year of experience in a leadership role or equivalent military experience

Active, unrestricted RN licensure or equivalent professional healthcare licensure

URAC recognized Case Management Certification must be obtained within three years of hire
