Framing Foreman

Lead Carpenter Residential Construction

Location : Sioux Falls, SD

Employment Type : Full-Time

Pay : Up to $35 / hour

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Lead Carpenter to oversee and execute residential construction projects. This role requires advanced carpentry skills, leadership capabilities, and a strong understanding of custom home building. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage on-site carpentry crews
• Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Perform framing, trim work, cabinetry, and other finish carpentry tasks
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and professionalism
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
• Train and mentor junior carpenters

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
