Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems - Schedule Management organization is seeking a Program Planning & Scheduling Manager for a restricted program.

The manager will also be responsible for preparing, developing and coordinating the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives.

They will also ensure major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including program management, engineering, manufacturing, quality, contracts, cost, and finance.

The Manager's roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Manage a small team of Program Planning & Scheduling Analysts.
• Perform mid-year and year-end performance reviews.
• Develop direct team knowledge and depth.
• Prepares, develops and coordinates the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives.
• Ensures program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated.
• Provides weekly status and reporting.
• Conducting Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR) audits.
• Implements scheduling best practices as prescribed by industry to include, but not limited to :
• DCMA 14-point
• IPMR DI-MGMT-81861
• NDIA EIA-748 32 Guidelines
• Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
• Critical Path Methodology (CPM)
• Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)
• Schedule Performance and Health Metrics and Analysis
• Ability to perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis and provide recommendations to solve problems.
• Ability to create presentation content and present to various levels of leadership
• Ability to effectively work with multiple functional teams, supplier teams, and the Program / Project Manager

Salary Range : $122,200.00 - $183,400.00

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
