About The Position

Job Title : Interventional Radiology Technologist

Profession : Radiology / Cardiology

Hours per Shift : 10 hours (07 : 00 - 17 : 30)

Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience preferred

License : State licensed in Washington

Certifications : ARRT R, BLS, IR / CV Certification

Must-Have :

• Previous charge experience
• Experience with angiography, catheter / drain exchange, embolization, and biopsies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Description :

The role involves performing procedures in an interventional radiology department.

This department supports vascular surgeons and interventional radiologists.

The technologist will use Phillips rooms, including one biplane and one GE hybrid room.

The patient population primarily includes adults and geriatrics.

Special procedures may include angioplasty, cardiac stent placement, and dialysis graft interventions.

Candidates will also be responsible for procedures such as chest tube placement, paracentesis, and nephrostomy.

Experience with special equipment such as GE Innova and Siemens is preferred.

Candidates should have a strong understanding of interventional procedures and techniques.

Candidates must have reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Compliance with onboarding requirements is essential for this position.
