Business Change Manager

This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. The ideal candidate will live near one of the following PulsePoints : Norfolk-VA, Richmond-VA, Wallingford-CT, Mason-OH, Atlanta-GA or Tampa-FL. This position will work an 8-hour from shift 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm (EDT) Monday to Friday. Additional hours, including weekends or holidays, may be required based on operational needs.
The Business Change Manager is responsible for working with management to identify and implement varied projects, programs and plans that support achievement of business unit and enterprise goals. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to : Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and implement sustainable business process solutions. Manage project scope, dependencies, and timelines while ensuring alignment to strategic objectives. Leads efforts to identify best practices. Document and communicate process flows, business requirements, and improvement outcomes with precision and clarity. Conducts cost / benefit analyses. Develop, implement, and or maintain automated solutions using tools such as SharePoint, Power Apps, Smartsheet, and StudioX UiPath to optimize workflows and improve efficiency. Create conceptual process models and flow diagrams to visualize current and future state business processes.
Minimum Requirements : Requires a BA / BS in a related field and minimum of 5 years process or project related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences : Experience in successfully developing and managing projects with a fairly significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign is strongly preferred. Pharmacy business subject matter expertise in at least 1 line of business is strongly preferred.
