Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for families seeking services and gather intake documentation
Verify insurance coverage and assist with obtaining and tracking insurance authorizations
Provide excellent customer service and ensure compliance with client file requirements
Required Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, psychology, or a related field preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in client intake or insurance verification in a healthcare setting
Knowledge of insurance authorization processes, with ABA experience being a plus
Proficiency with CentralReach and Google Workspace preferred
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
