Position Highlights :

70% Outpatient Panel Care : Provide longitudinal care to a dedicated patient panel in a clinic setting.

20% Inpatient Responsibilities : Participate in hospital rounding and weekend coverage to support continuity of care.

Hospital Rounding : 7 consecutive days of rounding, approximately 4-6 times per year.

Weekend Hospital Shifts : One 8-12-hour shift per month, which may include overnight coverage.

Collaborative Coverage Model : Partner with hospitalists to provide backup weekend coverage and coordinate holiday schedules.
