A consumer products company in the Greater Chicago area is looking to fill an immediate need with the addition of a new Customer Service Representative to their team.
About the Opportunity :
Start Date : ASAP
Assignment Length : 3+ months
Hours : 8am to 5pm
Responsibilities :
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Processing orders, returns, and product information requests
- Coordinating with manufacturing and logistics to meet delivery deadlines
- Maintaining accurate customer records in our CRM system
- Following up proactively to ensure customer satisfaction
- Performing other duties, as needed
