A high-end design focused firm is looking for a passionate designer to join their private residential team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about design and able to manage multiple luxury residential projects throughout all phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead in all phases of design, from concept to completion
• Develop design concepts and presentation materials
• Coordinate with multiple consultants and contractors directly to predict and resolve any design issues
• Work directly with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Design and construction documentation
• Research products and specifications
• Delegate work to and mentor junior staff
