Job descriptionAt Crunch Fitness, we offer a competitive compensation plan, earning between $55 and $120 per hour. Our commission-based compensation plan allows you to directly impact your earnings potential. We maintain the largest client volume in the area, allowing for a six-figure earning potential. We have the highest membership volume per trainer of any club in the area. Additionally, we provide free education through an industry-leading onboarding process, exciting team environments, promotional opportunities within our rapidly growing company, free Crunch Fitness membership, and a vibrant wellness-focused culture. At Crunch Fitness, we pride ourselves on having the best leadership team in the area. We're committed to coaching you in every aspect of the business to ensure your success. During the first 30 days, we will pour into you, developing your art while building you a client base. We strive to have the lowest staff attrition of any club in the area. If you're willing to invest the time and focus on the client experience, you have the potential to become the highest-paid member of our team.
