We're looking for a Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee a state-of-the-art vertical grinding mill and powder material handling terminal . In this pivotal role, you'll ensure safe, efficient, and reliable milling operations, drive production optimization, and uphold exceptional quality standards for our cement output.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the vertical roller mill for optimal performance and continuous output.
• Monitor operational data to identify improvements in throughput, energy usage, and product quality.
• Partner with maintenance teams to plan and execute preventive maintenance strategies.
• Work closely with technical services to ensure product consistency and meet cement quality standards.
• Supervise and train production personnel, ensuring compliance with safety and operational protocols.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across the plant.
