Bar Manager – Benefits and Compensation :

Bar Manager – Requirements & Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years of experience in fine dining restaurants, private clubs, or luxury hotelsStrong leadership presence with the ability to manage high-performing front-of-house teamsNYC Food Protection Certificate (current)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, POS platforms, and reservation systemsMust be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysCommitment to maintaining high hygiene, safety, and service standardsBar Manager Must Haves :
Lead Bar operations and ensure seamless coordination across dining spacesMaintain visibility and step into floor service as needed to uphold service standardsHandle accident reports and guest incidents swiftly and professionallySupport payroll and invoicing in the absence of the General ManagerManage team performance through real-time coaching, recognition, and feedbackCultivate a culture of warmth, humility, and hospitality among team membersBar Manager Background & Skills :
Experience working in a private club or member-exclusive environmentDeep understanding of wine and spirits serviceKnowledge of business reporting or P&L analysisAbility to train others in guest experience and service recovery techniquesComfortable working in a high-profile setting with VIP clientele
