Job Position : Senior Manager, International Tax

Job Summary

The primary responsibilities in this role include managing the international income tax cycle, including provision, compliance and planning. This role will report directly to the VP, Tax and have ample opportunities to perform and grow in all areas of multi-national taxation, including planning and M&A support. This is a hybrid role, with the option to work fully remote if circumstances permit.

Responsibilities

• International Tax Provision / ASC 740 preparation / review
• International Tax Compliance preparation / review / coordination with local consultants
• Global Tax Planning and Cash Forecasting
• Transfer Pricing reporting management / coordination with vendors
• Intercompany Accounting and Tax reporting
• International statutory provision - preparation / review
• Withholding tax monitoring and planning
• International M&A tax support
• Tax controversy Income Tax Audit management
• Manage and mentor tax team members to ensure the team's continued professional growth and development.

Requirements

The Compensation range for this role is 110,000 to 130,000.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Your specific salary will be determined based on several factors :
