Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist will play a vital role in supporting our people function. They will assist with recruiting, onboarding, and general human resource day-to-day tasks. The HR Generalist will interface with all employees regarding company processes and procedures and will be expected to demonstrate the company's commitment to its employees' success.

Job Requirements

• Assist in the recruitment process; coordinate and schedule phone screens and face-to-face interviews. Coordinate with managers to ensure applicants receive responses in a timely manner.
• Assist in the onboarding process; prepare offer letters, process background checks, process new hire paperwork, including but not limited to employee work eligibility verification.
• Lead the first day process; new hire orientation, benefit overview and enrollment, trainings and booking meetings for new hires to meet key team members.
• Participate in the development and amendment of job descriptions.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding locating forms, benefits information, resetting passwords, etc., and escalate questions / issues to the VP of Human Resource as needed.
• Handle all employment-related inquiries and / or sensitive matters in a professional and confidential manner.
• Provide back-up support to the office manager regarding their duties when they are out of the office.
• Provide other administrative support as needed to the management team.

The base salary range for this position is between $70,000 – $85,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, we offer a bonus plan and incentive stock options for equity in the company.
