Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

iCare Health Network is looking for an Administrator to oversee and manage facility operations, business development, employee relations and financial duties at Silver Springs Care Center . The Administrator works in conjunction with the Director of Nursing to oversee nursing responsibilities, as well as the department managers and staff.

Our Administrator is responsible for :

• Overseeing all levels of resident care, ancillary services, and ensures accountability to all standards of quality care, programs, and services.
• Ensuring that all facility programs are planned, developed, organized, implemented, evaluated, and directed in accordance to company guidelines and state regulations.
• Ensuring a well maintained, clean, and home like environment along with safety and security.
• Being available to respond to facility emergencies, regulatory agency visits, surveys, and issues outside of normal business hours, as needed.
• Collecting, analyzing, and monitoring facility department data / reports on a regular basis to ensure goals are being met and exceeded.
• Ensuring that legal and ethical standards are upheld through on-going review of Corporate Compliance plans.
• Striving for excellence by being visible on all shifts and communicating goals to staff.
• Driving the development of best practice and quality improvement.
• Ensuring admissions process runs smoothly and maintains 100% signed admission agreements.
• Overseeing of training of all facility to meet and exceed established state and federal regulations and surveys; as well as developing and implementing plans of correction.
