  • About the Role

    The Company is seeking a Regional VP of Sales for the Mid-Market (East) region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Mid-Market Account Managers, with a focus on driving the growth and expansion of the central market. This role requires a high achiever with a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in a SaaS environment, and experience in Martech is a plus. The Regional VP will be expected to demonstrate strong industry insights, lead strategic go-to-market initiatives, and offer creative client engagement strategies to support the digital transformation of customers. Key responsibilities include providing support and guidance to the team, developing a winning team through recruitment, training, and coaching, and actively leading demand generation activities. To succeed in this role, candidates must have at least 5 years of sales leadership experience, be adept at engaging at the C-level in commercial customer organizations, and have a strong background in consultative selling with a proven sales methodology. The role demands a leader with established presentation, executive engagement, and negotiation skills, who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, team environment. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to customers, partners, and colleagues, with a demonstrated passion for driving results and a competitive disposition for winning. Strong business acumen and the ability to collaborate and influence in a team environment are essential. The Regional VP will also be responsible for accurate sales activity reporting, forecasting, and managing client escalations.
