  • About the Role

    The Company is in search of a Regional Vice President of Sales to lead its New Business Enterprise Account Executive team in the West region. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the company's growth by expanding its market presence, executing strategic go-to-market initiatives, and shaping innovative engagement strategies to support customers in their digital transformation. Key responsibilities for the RVP include leading, coaching, and developing a team of Enterprise Account Executives, actively participating in client and prospect meetings, and ensuring the team meets sales quotas. The role also involves recruiting and onboarding top sales talent, providing ongoing coaching for sales excellence, and maintaining accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management. To excel in this role, candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' proven sales leadership experience in SaaS, with a strong preference for those with Martech experience. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in leading Account Executives, achieving or exceeding team quotas, and closing complex, high-value deals. Strong executive presence, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The RVP will be expected to build and maintain executive-level relationships, resolve escalations effectively, and ensure a strong customer experience. A competitive drive, a passion for winning, and a consultative selling approach are also key attributes for this role.
