Requirements :

• In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including technical, design, and regulatory considerations.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading and cultivating high-performing teams.
• A stable work history, ideally with experience in the Phoenix, AZ, market.
• Advanced leadership or relevant field certifications highly preferred.
