Key Responsibilities
Own full cycle recruiting for junior-to-mid level searches across various business areas
Develop effective recruiting strategies in collaboration with hiring leaders in the U.S. and Canada
Continuously review and iterate on recruiting and interviewing practices for efficiency and quality
Required Qualifications
2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
Prior recruiting experience at fast-growth startups is strongly preferred
Proven success in a high velocity, output-driven environment
Bachelor's Degree
