Job Description : About the Role :
Client is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead audit and assurance engagements and provide strategic guidance to clients. The role requires overseeing complex client portfolios, mentoring audit teams, and ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet both technical and client service standards. Candidates should have experience working with SMEs and non-profit organizations, and possess strong leadership, analytical, and advisory skills.
Responsibilities :
Lead and manage multiple audit engagements, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Provide strategic advice to clients, including insights on operational improvements, risk management, and financial performance.
Mentor, train, and review audit team members to drive performance and professional growth.
Support the adoption of new audit methodologies and technologies to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for additional advisory services.
Candidate Profile / Requirements :
CPA certification is mandatory.
5-10 years of public accounting experience, with proven audit expertise.
Demonstrated experience managing teams and complex engagements.
Strong communication, relationship management, and business acumen.
Familiarity with auditing SMEs and non-profit entities preferred.
Available for on-site work in Hamilton, OH, with commitment to temporary assignments and potential extensions.
