What You'll Do

As a Temporary Billing Associate, you will be responsible for processing policy premium payments to include applying premiums, mode changes, automatic bank premium set up and resolve bad drafts, as well as the research required to process these transactions. This includes responding to and resolving customer service requests and ensure accurate and timely transfers.

What It Takes to Join Our Team

• High school diploma or equivalent required, plus 2 years relevant experience.
• Strong math, analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Must have high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong customer service skills are required, including solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills are required to quickly learn our multiple systems.
• Fingerprinting required.
• Must be able to work 8am-4 : 30pm Monday through Friday from our office in West Des Moines, IA.
