Key Responsibilities
Manage member phone line and address all inquiries related to balance billing
Ensure timely responses to member inquiries and maintain clear documentation of medical claims
Collaborate across departments and assist in maintaining a safe workplace environment
Required Qualifications
Minimum High School Diploma
Experience in a medical healthcare claims role
Background in healthcare claims management and benefit plan interpretation
Proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage high call volume
Bilingual preferred
