A company is looking for a Workflow Coordinator to manage departmental workflow and provide customer service in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate workflow and manage priorities to meet attorney deadlines
Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels
Assist in maintaining and updating department procedures and support other projects as needed
Required Qualifications :
Associate's degree, Secretarial degree, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in a legal document production environment or legal secretarial experience
Familiarity with legal terminology and law firm environment
Advanced knowledge of Document Management Systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office applications
Strong initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
