Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse, Psych

Experience : 2 years

Licenses : RN(Compact Accepted)(Copy needed)

Certifications : CERT-Crisis Prevention Intervention(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed)

SSN Required

DOB Required

Work History : Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
